D M Legal Associates (DML) is a Mumbai based law firm founded Adv.D. H. Mehta (Counsel – Bombay High Court) with over 50 years of experience in various fields of law. Over the years, DML has grown to having is offices located in Fort and in Bandra and has succeeded in earning its elite and respected clients with its deep-rooted culture to offer a unique blend of high-quality legal advisory.
DML has a dedicated panel of legal professionals with profound knowledge and enormous experience servicing the legal needs of our well-established client portfolios. DML also handles arbitration and conciliation cases for fair negotiations and amicable closure between parties.

ANKITA VERMA, Senior Partner
Ankita is the youngest and charismatic Partner at DML, from I.L.S. Law College, Pune (2005-10). During her academic years, she also pursued
HETAL KOTHARI Advocate – Litigation, Non-Litigation and all types of Commercial Dispute Resolution
Hetal completed her graduation in the field of Commerce in the year 2014 from K. P. Hinduja College and has completed her LL.B Degree from Rizvi Law College in the year 2017.
RUCHI GANDHI Advocate – Corporate Law
Ruchi has B.L.S. LL.B. degree from Pravin Gandhi College of Law, affiliated to the University of Mumbai (2015-2019). She is currently pursuing her Solicitors conducted by the Bombay Incorporated Law Society
Yazad M Udwadia, Advocate (Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution)
Yazad is a 2020 graduate with a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Degree from Jindal Global Law School. He is currently an Associate Advocate at DML and is simultaneously pursuing an online Post Graduate Diploma
Aditi Bangera, Advocate (Real Estate)
Aditi has completed her Graduation in the field of Commerce from Tolani College of Commerce in year the 2018, and subsequently competed her LL.B. Degree from Children Welfare Centre Law College in the year 2022.
