Ms. Shaivi Gandhi is an Associate in the Litigation practice at DM Legal Associates, Mumbai. Her work covers real estate disputes, arbitration and civil litigation, and involves legal research, drafting, due diligence and assisting senior counsel on a range of matters.
Ms. Gandhi holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, Mumbai. During her studies, she has interned with various firms/organizations before joining DM Legal such as DSK Legal, Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, and Viacom18 Media Private Limited.
She was a researcher for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the Surana & Surana and Shaastra IIT Madras Intellectual Property Law Moot. She has also published a paper in the International Journal of Legal Science and Innovation.
