Hetal Kothari has been an integral part of the Non-Litigation Team at D M Legal Associates since January 2022. With a practice focused on complex real estate transactions, Hetal brings a client-centric and solution-oriented approach to property related matters.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from K. P. Hinduja College (2014) and an LL.B. degree from Rizvi Law College (2017). To complement her legal qualifications, she has also pursued a Diploma in Taxation Laws (2016) and a Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Laws (2019), both from the University of Mumbai.
At D M Legal Associates, Hetal leads and executes a wide array of real estate assignments, including drafting and vetting of agreements, structuring and executing property acquisitions and sales, negotiating transaction terms, conducting title verification and due diligence, and representing clients in transactional meetings and closings. Her understanding of real estate laws has earned her the trust of clients across individual, institutional, and developer segments.

Before joining DM Legal Associates, Hetal was associated with M/s. S. Ashwini Kumar; Co., Advocates ; Solicitors (2018–2021), where she gained significant exposure to real estate litigation and document drafting. She also interned at Reliance Industries during her academic years, further strengthening her commercial and corporate legal acumen.
Hetal is known for her precision in legal drafting, practical negotiation skills, and education to achieving efficient and compliant outcomes in real estate transactions.
