Since joining D M Legal Associates, Sahil Wagh has been actively involved in a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on real estate and property disputes, arbitration, testamentary and succession matters, and consumer disputes. He regularly appears before the Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court, Consumer Commissions, and various judicial and quasi-judicial forums across Mumbai.

He has developed considerable experience in handling matters involving RERA, MOFA, municipal laws, and the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and is actively involved in all stages of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings and applications, court appearances, briefing senior counsel, and assisting in formulating litigation strategy.

Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2023, Sahil holds an LL.B. from Adv. Balasaheb Apte College of Law, University of Mumbai, and a B.Com. from R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics, University of Mumbai. He is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Criminology.

Known for his meticulous preparation, keen attention to detail, and practical approach to legal issues, Sahil brings a focused and diligent approach to every matter he handles. Prior to his current role, he gained valuable hands-on experience as a Associate at the Chambers of Adv. Shreepad Murthy, where he represented clients in civil, testamentary, and consumer disputes. He also built a strong foundation through several competitive legal internships at MDP and Partners and the Chambers of Adv. Kartik Garg, and Adv. Shreepad Murthy, assisting on complex matters spanning RERA, MOFA, municipal laws, arbitration, and criminal law.
