Heena specializes in trademark prosecution before the Trademark Office and the Registrar of Trademarks, with a particular focus on Indian Intellectual Property law. With over 7 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and real estate non-litigation matters, and more than 4 years of experience in litigation, she advises and assists clients across a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious legal matters.

Her practice encompasses trademark prosecution, intellectual property advisory, real estate transactions and documentation, and the drafting, review, and negotiation of deeds, contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments. She is also experienced in legal research and regularly assists the legal research team in civil and criminal litigation, as well as related non-litigation matters.

Heena graduated with a Bachelor of Legal Science and Bachelor of Laws (B.L.S. LL.B.) from KES’s Shri J. H. Patel Law College in 2018–2019. As part of her professional training, she undertook internships with M&A Associates and Craftsvilla Pvt. Ltd., gaining exposure to corporate and commercial legal matters. She subsequently completed her Solicitors’ Articleship under the mentorship of Mr. Sandip N. Vimadalal, Proprietor of Vimadalal & Co., where she developed substantial experience in conveyancing, drafting, documentation, and allied legal matters.

She has also contributed to the 8th Edition of Law and Practice of Deed of Conveyance (Deeds and Documents) authored by M. T. Tijoriwala and Sandip N. Vimadalal, reflecting her experience and involvement in the field of conveyancing and real estate documentation.

With experience spanning intellectual property, real estate, litigation, and legal documentation, Heena brings a well-rounded understanding of both transactional and contentious legal matters and approaches each assignment with a focus on precision, practical legal solutions, and client requirements.
