Eesha has obtained her Bachelor of Legal Sciences Degree in 2021 and subsequently earned her L.L.B. Degree from KES’ Shri Jayantilal H. Patel Law College in 2023. Her academic foundation, paired with her hands-on
experience, equips her with the legal acumen and analytical rigor essential for executing high-value property deals, managing risk, and ensuring full compliance with Indian real estate laws, including RERA regulations and local municipal statutes.

Prior to joining DML, Eesha served as a Legal Advisor at Greenbase Industrial and Logistics Park Private Limited, a Niranjan Hiranandani initiative, and also contributed to the legal operations at Hiranandani Communities, one of India’s leading real estate developers. During this tenure, she was actively involved in managing a range of real estate legal services, including legal due diligence, land acquisition documentation, and the structuring of commercial transactions involving large-scale developments.
Her core competencies include conducting title due diligence for various classes of land and constructed properties across Maharashtra; drafting and vetting legally sound documents such as agreements for sale, lease deeds, development agreements, leave and license agreements, joint development agreements, and conveyance deeds; and advising clients on redevelopment projects, housing society conveyance processes, and regulatory documentation.
Eesha’s role within the DML legal team involves delivering transaction- focused real estate legal solutions, advising on risk mitigation, and ensuring smooth execution of property deals.
