Ankita Verma has pursued her 5 year integrated Law course i.e. BSL. LLB from I.L.S. Law College of Pune University, 2010. During her academic years, she pursued and successfully completed Diploma in Corporate Laws, Diploma in Laws relating to Corporate Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring, Certificate Course on Patents, Certificate Course in Feminist Jurisprudence, etc.
In her short career span, she climbed up the corporate ladder to become the Vice President- Legal for a very reputed Group Company in Mumbai having widespread business in construction, media, hospitality and finance sectors. However, affiliated with D.M. Legal Associates since 2007, she has gained valuable experience in drafting of Corporate documents, Red Herring Prospectus, schemes of Mergers, Acquisitions and Takeovers, Joint Venture Agreements, Escrow Agreement, Documents relating to Financial Transactions including debt and equity and Due Diligence for Companies etc and has now joined D.M. Legal Associates as a full time Equity Partner.
